BPO Telesales Executive
As a Telesales Executive, your main role involves actively promoting products or services through telephone interactions with the goal of converting leads into successful sales. Your primary responsibilities also include building and maintaining lasting customer relationships. Key duties encompass effective communication and persuasion techniques to drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements and skills
Initiating outbound calls to potential customers.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales position, or willingness to learn for freshers.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant telephone manner.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
