BPO Telesales Executive

Requirements and skills

• Initiating outbound calls to potential customers.

• Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.

• Negotiating prices and effectively closing sales deals.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information regularly.

• Achieving set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborating with other departments to enhance sales strategies.

• Staying informed about industry trends and monitoring competitor activities.

Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales position, or willingness to learn for freshers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant telephone manner.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.:

Education:

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Any Graduate

Experience:

Total work experience: 0-4 years - Preferred

Language: Proficiency in Any regional language is required.

English - Proficiency is required
